The Dr Horrible effect

Dr Horrible is an example of what I see becoming a new stream and an important platform for all sorts of well branded web art delivery. The DivX format has completely come of age. This tip sheet is saying the new format is a superior web delivery mechanism for video, though Flash is okay, DivX is capable of web movie delivery using DivX compression.
